District 15 Technology Survey will target students, teachers, principals, and parents, and data from them will direct the district as it develops important goals and action plans for a three-year technology plan that will shape the way the district uses and builds upon its current technological offerings.
The short parent survey will ask if you agree or disagree with 18 statements regarding the use of technology in schools and in everyday life by both your child and yourself. It will also ask five questions about your use of technology for electronic communication with the district and your child’s school and teacher, and provide space for you to comment on any topic related to technology use for education or electronic communication.
The survey, which is available in English and Spanish, takes just a few minutes to complete, and its results are completely anonymous. Thank you for taking a moment to complete it.
